25. The global vintage hunt
The job: One user has Muse searching worldwide for vintage items in a price range, finding the cheapest flight in a quarter, and delivering a daily briefing on Tokyo matsuri and other events he cares about — all as standing goals that just run.
Standing goal, check daily. Objective: find [a vintage Leica M6, black paint, under $2,800] listed anywhere reputable worldwide (eBay, Map Camera, local camera shops with online listings). Alert me only when a listing meets all three: price under budget, seller rating above [98%], and return policy of at least [14 days]. Separately, send me a brief every morning of [Tokyo matsuri and firework festivals] happening in the next [14 days]. Never buy or reserve anything without asking me first.
Why it works: Great vintage finds and niche local events both hide behind sustained watching — scanning listings and event calendars daily. Humans get bored after three days; agents don't.
